  Terms and Conditions: The duration of the campaign for all prizes starting from 15/12/2024 to 31/1/2025. The total number of winners for this campaign is 41 winners / 41 prizes. The grand prize winner is only one and will win a BMW 520i car, which is displayed in the mall’s center court. There will be 40 winners, and each winner will receive 500 Jordanian dinars in the form of Taj gift vouchers. Campaign participants will receive a coupon to enter the draw, provided that the total amount of the bill(s) is not less than 100 Jordanian dinars, accumulated from purchases made in stores within Taj Mall from the campaign's start date. The prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. The maximum limit for receiving coupons per invoice is 10 coupons per participant, regardless of the invoice value. (to be applied on Jewelry stores). Bills from telecommunication companies, utility service payments, and invoices for purchasing gold pounds or ounces will not be accepted in this campaign. Only tax invoices will be accepted, and any manually issued invoice or without a tax number will not be accepted. Each participant is entitled to win only one prize upon completion of the raffle draw, which will be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.    11.Invoices for exchanges or returns of previously purchased items from TAJ mall center will not be accepted. Only original invoices will be accepted.    12. The shopping invoices must be presented to the customer service staff at the dedicated booth and stamped with a "For Exchange Only" stamp.   13.TAJ Gift vouchers invoices will not be accepted in this campaign.   14.The shopping invoices from stores of TAJ mall center must be presented to the customer Care staff during the campaign period. The purchases and invoices must be issued within the campaign period. Any invoice presented after the campaign period will not be accepted.   15.Coupons must be filled with the name of the person (the one whose invoices are being presented) in the presence of the customer service staff.   16.Shoppers must present their personal ID, driver's license, or passport to the customer service employee when claiming the prize.    17.Employees of TAJ Mall management, as well as employees of the stores and outlets within TAJ Mall center, are excluded from participating in this campaign.   18.If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize can be collected by their guardian upon presenting the family book and all necessary documentation.   19.Tax and Fees Responsibility: The winner must cover all associated costs before receiving the car, including taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any other applicable charges. These costs are the winner’s sole responsibility   20.The winner must accept the car "as is," and will not be able to request modifications or changes to the model, color, or features.   21.Warranty and Service: The winner of the car must adhere to any warranty or service requirements associated with the car as specified by the manufacturer or dealership, TAJ is not responsible about any related issues, and will not accept any claims after the winner receive the car Disqualification: If any fraudulent activity or violation of the campaign terms is discovered (e.g., fake receipts or manipulation of entries), the winner may be disqualified, and the prize may be revoked. Publicity: After obtaining the winner's approval to participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to photographs, interviews, and videos, for marketing purposes related to the campaign. Delivery and Pickup: The winner must pick up the car from a specified location within a certain time frame (to be agreed on later) or arrange for its delivery at their own expense. Non-Transferable: The car prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or sold to others. The winner must be the registered owner of the car. Raffle draw for TAJ gift vouchers will be done weekly, and the car draw will take place on 1st February 2025. The prizes must be collected within a month from the announcement of the winners, or the winner will lose the right to the prize, and a re-draw will take place according to the rules. Winner should collect his/her prize within 1 month from day of announcement, otherwise he/she loses his/her right in the prize and redraw will take place with the proper regulations. Customers who spend at least 10 JOD at the food court or 30 JOD at retail stores on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the campaign period are eligible to receive one free cinema ticket. 2. A maximum of 5 free tickets is allowed per person participating in this campaign. 5. The management reserves the right to determine the number of tickets available on each Tuesday and Wednesday. 6. The winner of a TAJ Cinemas ticket can use it on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a maximum of one week. 7. The cinema ticket will be stamped with the date of issue by the customer care representative and will be valid for 1 week only. 8. The free ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. 9. Only original invoices from TAJ Mall stores and restaurants are accepted. 10. The invoices must be presented to a customer care representative to receive the free cinema ticket. Invoices are stamped with a "For Exchange Only" stamp from the customer care desk. 11. Customers must present their ID card or passport to the customer care representative to receive free tickets. 12. Employees of Taj Mall management and employees of shops and stores within Taj Mall are excluded from participating in this campaign. 13. The free cinema ticket cannot be used for special screenings or events. 14. The free cinema ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.   الشروط والأحكام : الشراء من ردهة مطاعم تاج لايفستايل أيام  الثلاثاء و الأربعاء خلال فترة الحملة حصريا بقيمة أقلها 10 دنانير أو الشراء من محلات التجزئة تاج مول أيام  الثلاثاء و الأربعاء خلال فترة الحملة حصريا بقيمة أقلها 30 دنانير. مُدة الحملة من صباح 15/10/2023 ولغاية مساء 31/12/2023. يحصل الزبون الذي حقق الشروط على تذكرة سينما مجانية واحدة مقابل كل 10 دنانير أنفقها في ردهة الطعام أو مقابل 30 دينار أنفقها في محلات التجزئة أيام الثلاثاء والأربعاء خلال فترة الحملة و بشرط تقديم الفاتورة خلال يوم واحد فقط . يحدد سقف 5 تذاكر مجانية فقط لكل شخص مشترك بهذه الحملة. للإدارة الحق بتحديد عدد التذاكر في كل يوم ثلاثاء و أربعاء. يمكن للفائز بتذكرة تاج سينما استخدامها أيام الثلاثاء و الأربعاء بحد اقصى أسبوع واحد فقط. يختم موظف خدمة الزبائن تذكرة السينما المجانية بتاريخ اليوم الذي تم به الحصول عليها وتكون صالحة لمدة أسبوع. لا يسمح استبدال أو استرجاع قيمة االتذكرة المجانية بمبلغ مالي. لاتقبل إلا فواتير محلات و مطاعم تاج مول الاصلية. يجب تقديم الفاتورة الشرائية الى موظف خدمة الزبائن  للحصول على تذكرة السينما المجانية ويتم ختم الفواتير بختم (للتبديل فقط) من مكتب خدمة الزبائن. على الزبائن تقديم الهوية الشخصية أو جواز السفر إلى موظف خدمة الزبائن للحصول على التذاكر المجانية. يستثنى موظفي إدارة تاج مول وموظفي المعارض والمحلات داخل تاج لايفستايل من المشاركة في هذه الحملة. لا يمكن استخدام التذكرة المجانية في العروض الخاصة. لا يمكن جمع هذا العرض مع أي عرض اخر في تاج مول أو تاج سينما.

Each participant is entitled to win one prize on daily raffle draw completion. Only original invoices will be accepted. The invoices of exchanged any purchase from TAJ Mall will not be accepted. All invoices must be presented to the customer care representative to stamp the invoices with (exchange only). TAJ Gift Vouchers invoices, and actual gift voucher are not accepted, TAJ gift vouchers issued already are not accepted. The name should be filled on coupons according to person applying (owner of invoices) at the information desk.
