  - The campaign run from December 14th 2025 to January 4th 2026. - Shoppers who spend JD 70 or more in a single purchase invoice at any TAJ Mall retail outlet are eligible to participate in the campaign. - Each eligible participant is entitled to one trial per invoice. - A maximum of two (2) trials per person per day is allowed, regardless of the total invoice amount. - Original, tax-compliant receipts issued during the campaign period will be accepted. - Eligible participants must present their receipts at the activation booth located in the Main Court area for verification by the customer care staff. - Once verified, participants will be invited to pick one prize from the Box of Wishes, which may contain a prize or a “Better Luck Next Time” message. - Participants may submit invoices issued any time during the campaign period, as long as they meet the minimum amount of JD 70 per invoice. - Prizes and vouchers are subject to each brand’s own terms and conditions. - Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. - Lost, stolen, or damaged receipts will not be accepted. - Purchases made using TAJ Gift Vouchers are not eligible to participate. - Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, or currency exchange outlets will not be accepted. - Corporate or company purchases are excluded. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms & Conditions. - Participants must present a valid personal identification document (national ID, driver’s license, or passport) during prize redemption. - Receipts used for participation will be stamped by Customer Care as “COPY”. - Employees of TAJ Mall management and mall stores and outlets employees are not eligible to participate. - Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian with valid identification to collect a prize. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign upon approval from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply. - By participating, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

    - Shoppers are eligible for one free Taj Cinemas ticket for every 30 JDs spent at Taj Mall retail stores from Saturday to Wednesday during the campaign period. - The campaign is valid from November 1, 2025, until November 20, 2025. - The offer applies exclusively to purchases made at Taj Mall retail outlets on the specified days. - A maximum of five (5) free tickets can be redeemed per customer for the entire campaign duration. - Only original Taj Mall receipts are accepted—no duplicates or reprints. - Receipts must be presented to the Customer Care Desk on the same day of purchase for validation and stamping. - Customers must present a valid ID or passport when redeeming the offer. - Free tickets are valid for regular screenings only, from Saturday to Wednesday, before 7:00 PM, and within the campaign period. - Free tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. - This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions at Taj Mall or Taj Cinemas. - Taj Mall management reserves the right to limit the number of tickets distributed. - In case of misuse or fraudulent activity, Taj Mall management reserves the right to reject receipts or revoke eligibility. - Employees of Taj Mall management and retail stores within the mall are not eligible to participate. - Ticket expires one week after the campaign ends. - Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and currency exchange outlets will not be accepted.

Dates: 6+7 November, 13+14 November, 20+21 November, 4+5 December. - Shoppers who spend JD 50 or more (one invoice only) at any TAJ Mall retail or dining outlet are eligible to participate. - Only original, tax-compliant receipts dated within the campaign day will be accepted. - Invoices must be presented on the same day of purchase at the customer care desk. - A maximum of one redemption per person per day is allowed. - Receipts cannot be used for participation on another day. - Eligible participants shall present their receipts to the customer care desk for verification. Once verified, the shopper will be invited to select any balloon from the balloon stand. The shopper pops the balloon to reveal a hidden paper indicating a TAJ gift voucher or Better luck next time! - The prize voucher will be given immediately on the spot. - Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. - Copy or torn or damaged receipts will not be accepted. - Purchases made using TAJ Gift Cards are not eligible. - Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and currency exchange outlets will not be accepted. - Corporate or companies’ purchases are excluded. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the Terms & Conditions. - Participants must present a valid personal ID (national ID, driver’s license, or passport) for prize redemption. - Receipts used for entry will be stamped by the Customer Care representative as exchange only. - Employees of TAJ Mall Management and TAJ Mall stores are not eligible to participate. - If the participant is under 18 years, their legal guardian must be present for prize collection with valid identification or a family book. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to amend the campaign in compliance with approvals from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply. - By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

  - The campaign run on Thursday & Friday, 27, 28 November. - Shoppers who spend JD 50 or more in same-day purchases at any TAJ Mall retail outlet are eligible for one spin on the "Spin the Joy" wheel. - Only original, tax-compliant receipts dated on the campaign days will be accepted. - Invoices must be presented on the same day of purchase at the activation booth located in the Main court area. - A maximum of two spins per person per day is allowed, depending on the value of the purchases. - Eligible participants present their receipts to the booth staff for verification. Once verified, the shopper will be invited to spin the wheel. - The spin must be completed at the same day of purchase. - After spinning, the wheel participants may either get a TAJ Gift Voucher prize or a "Better luck next time" or spin the joy again. - Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. - Lost, stolen, or damaged receipts will not be accepted. - Purchases made using TAJ Gift Vouchers are not eligible to participate. - Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and currency exchange outlets will not be accepted. - Corporate or companies purchases are excluded. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms & conditions. - Participants must present a valid personal identification document (National ID, driver’s license, or passport) during prize redemption. - Receipts used for entry will be stamped by the customer care representative as copy. - Employees of TAJ Mall Management & retail shops' employees are not eligible to participate. - Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian with valid identification for prize collection. - TAJ Mall reserves the right to amend the campaign upon approval from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply. - By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Guaranteed Prizes: Each envelope contains a guaranteed prize, which may include: * Gift vouchers from TAJ Mall * Vouchers from participating stores 5. Participation Rules: * Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash. * Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and gold coins or currency exchanges will not be accepted. * TAJ Mall gift voucher purchases are excluded from this campaign. * Returned or exchanged items will void participation if the related invoice was used for entry. 6. Required Documentation: * Participants must present a valid personal ID (national ID, driver’s license, or passport) to the customer service representative during prize redemption. * The invoice will be stamped by (Exchange only) stamp by the customer care representative 7. Participant Restrictions: * Employees of TAJ Mall Management and TAJ Mall stores are not eligible to participate. * If the participant is under 18, their legal guardian must be present for prize collection with a valid family book or supporting documents. 8. General Conditions: * TAJ Mall reserves the right to modify or end the campaign without prior notice if circumstances require, and in compliance with relevant approvals from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply. * By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Gift vouchers or Gold? 30 Prizes await Terms and Conditions: Campaign Duration: The campaign for all prizes will last for 30 days, from 1st to 30th of Ramadan. The number of winners in this campaign is 30 winners / 30 prizes. Prize Categories: The prizes are divided into 3 categories (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), with 10 prizes for each category. Prize Values: Bronze Category: A shopping voucher from Taj valued JD 100 Silver Category: A shopping voucher from Taj valued JD 200 Gold Category: A gold coin. Participation Conditions for Coupon Entry: Bronze Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 50 Silver Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 100 Gold Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 150 Stores of Purchase: The purchase must be made from stores located in Taj mall and during the campaign period only. Maximum Coupons per Invoice: The maximum number of coupons a participant can get per invoice is 10, regardless of the invoice value (applies to gold stores). Prize Replacement: Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Unacceptable Invoices: Invoices from telecommunication companies, utility service payments, and invoices for purchasing gold pounds or ounces will not be accepted in this campaign Accepted Invoices: Only original and tax invoices will be accepted. Invoices issued manually or those without a tax number will not be accepted. Prize Limit per Winner: Each participant is only eligible to win one prize in the draw, which will be held in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Excluded Invoices: Invoices for exchanges or returns of previously purchased items from Taj mall will not be accepted. Invoice Submission: Participants must submit their purchase invoices to the customer service representative for stamping with the stamp (for exchange only). Taj Voucher Purchases: Invoices for the purchase of Taj gift vouchers will not be accepted in this campaign. Invoice Submission During the Campaign: Purchase invoices from Taj mall must be submitted to the customer service representative during the campaign period. Coupon Information: Coupons must be filled out with the name of the person (the owner of the submitted invoices) at the customer service counter. Required Documents: Participants must provide their personal ID, driving license, or passport to the customer service representative when entering and receiving the prize. Employee Exemption: Employees of Taj mall management, as well as employees of the stores and outlets within Taj mall, are excluded from participating in this campaign. Minors: If the winner is under 18 years old, the prize must be collected by their guardian upon presenting the family book and all necessary supporting documents. Prize Draw Date: The draw for prizes will take place on 31/3/2025. Prize Collection: The prize must be collected within one month from the announcement of winners. Failure to collect the prize within this period will result in the winner forfeiting their prize, and another draw will be conducted according to the regulations. Modification of Terms: In case of modification or addition to any of the terms of the campaign, approval must be obtained from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply.
