Gift vouchers or Gold? 30 Prizes await

Terms and Conditions:

1. Campaign Duration: The campaign for all prizes will last for 30 days, from 1st to 30th of Ramadan. The number of winners in this campaign is 30 winners / 30 prizes.
2. Prize Categories: The prizes are divided into 3 categories (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), with 10 prizes for each category.
3. Prize Values:
   • Bronze Category: A shopping voucher from Taj valued JD 100
   • Silver Category: A shopping voucher from Taj valued JD 200
   • Gold Category: A gold coin.
4. Participation Conditions for Coupon Entry:
   • Bronze Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 50
   • Silver Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 100
   • Gold Category: The total value of the bill(s) must be at least JD 150
5. Stores of Purchase: The purchase must be made from stores located in Taj mall and during the campaign period only.
6. Maximum Coupons per Invoice: The maximum number of coupons a participant can get per invoice is 10, regardless of the invoice value (applies to gold stores).
7. Prize Replacement: Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
8. Unacceptable Invoices: Invoices from telecommunication companies, utility service payments, and invoices for purchasing gold pounds or ounces will not be accepted in this campaign
9. Accepted Invoices: Only original and tax invoices will be accepted. Invoices issued manually or those without a tax number will not be accepted.
10. Prize Limit per Winner: Each participant is only eligible to win one prize in the draw, which will be held in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
11. Excluded Invoices: Invoices for exchanges or returns of previously purchased items from Taj mall will not be accepted.
12. Invoice Submission: Participants must submit their purchase invoices to the customer service representative for stamping with the stamp (for exchange only).
13. Taj Voucher Purchases: Invoices for the purchase of Taj gift vouchers will not be accepted in this campaign.
14. Invoice Submission During the Campaign: Purchase invoices from Taj mall must be submitted to the customer service representative during the campaign period.
15. Coupon Information: Coupons must be filled out with the name of the person (the owner of the submitted invoices) at the customer service counter.
16. Required Documents: Participants must provide their personal ID, driving license, or passport to the customer service representative when entering and receiving the prize.
17. Employee Exemption: Employees of Taj mall management, as well as employees of the stores and outlets within Taj mall, are excluded from participating in this campaign.
18. Minors: If the winner is under 18 years old, the prize must be collected by their guardian upon presenting the family book and all necessary supporting documents.
19. Prize Draw Date: The draw for prizes will take place on 31/3/2025.
20. Prize Collection: The prize must be collected within one month from the announcement of winners. Failure to collect the prize within this period will result in the winner forfeiting their prize, and another draw will be conducted according to the regulations.
21. Modification of Terms: In case of modification or addition to any of the terms of the campaign, approval must be obtained from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply.
