Lucky Envelope

1. Campaign Duration:
* The campaign will run from 22nd June to 22nd July.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
* Shoppers who spend JD 50 or more in a single
transaction at TAJ mall stores are eligible to
participate.
* Only original, tax-compliant invoices dated within the
campaign period will be accepted.
* Invoices must be presented on the same day of
purchase at the customer care booth
3. Redemption Process:
* For every qualifying purchase, eligible participants
may choose one envelope from the “Choose Your
Lucky Envelope” campaign wall.
* A maximum of 3 total participations per family is
allowed daily
* Envelopes will be picked randomly by the shopper
and cannot be exchanged.
* A maximum of 1 envelope per person per day may be
redeemed, regardless of the number of transactions.
* Prizes are given immediately after picking
4. Guaranteed Prizes:
Each envelope contains a guaranteed prize, which may
include:
* Gift vouchers from TAJ Mall
* Vouchers from participating stores
5. Participation Rules:
* Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed
for cash.
* Invoices from telecommunication services, utility
payments, and gold coins or currency exchanges will
not be accepted.
* TAJ Mall gift voucher purchases are excluded from
this campaign.
* Returned or exchanged items will void participation if
the related invoice was used for entry.
6. Required Documentation:
* Participants must present a valid personal ID
(national ID, driver’s license, or passport) to the
customer service representative during prize
redemption.
* The invoice will be stamped by (Exchange only) stamp
by the customer care representative
7. Participant Restrictions:
* Employees of TAJ Mall Management and TAJ Mall
stores are not eligible to participate.
* If the participant is under 18, their legal guardian must
be present for prize collection with a valid family book
or supporting documents.
8. General Conditions:
* TAJ Mall reserves the right to modify or end the
campaign without prior notice if circumstances
require, and in compliance with relevant approvals
from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply.
* By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms and
Conditions in full.
