Lucky Balloon Campaign

- The campaign run on Thursdays and Fridays. Dates: 6+7 November, 13+14 November, 20+21 November, 4+5 December.

- Shoppers who spend JD 50 or more (one invoice only) at any TAJ Mall retail or dining outlet are eligible to participate.

- Only original, tax-compliant receipts dated within the campaign day will be accepted.

- Invoices must be presented on the same day of purchase at the customer care desk.

- A maximum of one redemption per person per day is allowed.

- Receipts cannot be used for participation on another day.

- Eligible participants shall present their receipts to the customer care desk for verification. Once verified, the shopper will be invited to select any balloon from the balloon stand. The shopper pops the balloon to reveal a hidden paper indicating a TAJ gift voucher or Better luck next time!

- The prize voucher will be given immediately on the spot.

- Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

- Copy or torn or damaged receipts will not be accepted.

- Purchases made using TAJ Gift Cards are not eligible.

- Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and currency exchange outlets will not be accepted.

- Corporate or companies’ purchases are excluded.

- TAJ Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.

- Participants must present a valid personal ID (national ID, driver’s license, or passport) for prize redemption.

- Receipts used for entry will be stamped by the Customer Care representative as exchange only.

- Employees of TAJ Mall Management and TAJ Mall stores are not eligible to participate.

- If the participant is under 18 years, their legal guardian must be present for prize collection with valid identification or a family book.

- TAJ Mall reserves the right to amend the campaign in compliance with approvals from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply.

- By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
