Spin the Joy

- The campaign run on Thursday & Friday, 27, 28 November.

- Shoppers who spend JD 50 or more in same-day purchases at any TAJ Mall retail outlet are eligible for one spin on the "Spin the Joy" wheel.

- Only original, tax-compliant receipts dated on the campaign days will be accepted.

- Invoices must be presented on the same day of purchase at the activation booth located in the Main court area.

- A maximum of two spins per person per day is allowed, depending on the value of the purchases.

- Eligible participants present their receipts to the booth staff for verification. Once verified, the shopper will be invited to spin the wheel.

- The spin must be completed at the same day of purchase.

- After spinning, the wheel participants may either get a TAJ Gift Voucher prize or a "Better luck next time" or spin the joy again.

- Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

- Lost, stolen, or damaged receipts will not be accepted.

- Purchases made using TAJ Gift Vouchers are not eligible to participate.

- Invoices from telecommunication services, utility payments, and currency exchange outlets will not be accepted.

- Corporate or companies purchases are excluded.

- TAJ Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms & conditions.

- Participants must present a valid personal identification document (National ID, driver’s license, or passport) during prize redemption.

- Receipts used for entry will be stamped by the customer care representative as copy.

- Employees of TAJ Mall Management & retail shops' employees are not eligible to participate.

- Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian with valid identification for prize collection.

- TAJ Mall reserves the right to amend the campaign upon approval from the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply.

- By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
